That is the way this family adventure starts. One of the first works done by the company Danelon & Alfenore is the construction of a series of sewer pipes in Casarsa.

In 1991 the company became a S.N.C. with the entrance of his two sons: Aldo e Claudio. This corporate shift has a primary importance because give to the company the structure that is still alive today. 

The two brothers finished high school (where they teach today) and since they graduated, they have worked at the family company; it was just the military service that stopped them for short period of time.

Since they were children they helped their father on the weekend, learning simple work such as how to make mortar. When they were 16 they started to be hired every year during the summer holiday, as apprentices. Once they finished high school, the company was the logical choice.
Aldo started immediately whereas Claudio received a job proposal as a technical employer from another group which he decided to try.
However, six month later Claudio decided to come back work with the family.
