Another fundamental step occurred in 1997, when the big growth of Danelon & Alfenore company started. Since the beginning, the society has experienced a boom that can be explained with the number of employees: in 1980 there were 4 associates and one employee and today there are still 4 associates but the workers and employees total 35.

Aldo, the first brother that started working with his parents, was at first helped by his father but by 1991, he was able to run the company on his own.
The decision of Aldo and Claudio has been crucial for the fate of the society because without their presence, Sante could decide to close the activity. Not for the weightiness of the work but because the administration part could become complicated. 

Sante remains at the construction site today, where his role is very important because of the knowledge and the experience that he has. He has left to Claudio the handling of waste and security, which is necessary with the take effect of the law on the work-security.
